Nevada (particularly Las Vegas), Georgia, and the list is growing.
The fresh water shortage has resulted in strict
water restrictions placed on South Florida that
severely limit vehicle washing for both commercial and home use. If These
restrictions are not followed, heavy fines are a result. Law enforcement
